Cancellation policy 2023
Our cancellation policy counts for every reason for cancellation. We advise to have a travel and/or cancellation insurance.
The room will be reserved when we have received an advanced paiement (50% of the total amount) on our bank account. The remaining amount should be paid at least 2 weeks before arrival date. All paiement details are given upon reservation.
In case of cancellation:
- more then 2 months before arrival date: 50% of the advanced paiement will be returned
- more then 1 month before arrival date: 25% of the advanced paiement will be returned
- more then 2 weeks before arrival date: the advanced paiement will not be returned
- less then 2 weeks before arrival date: 25% of the total paiement will be returned
- less then 48h before arrival date: the total amount will not be returned
If we are forced to cancel the reservation (due to force majeure or illness), then we will return the already paid amount.
Use of ecological soap and shampoo
We live on a remote place. Showerwater flows directly into our natural water purification system. Therefore, we ask our customers to use biodegradable soap and shampoo.
